Later in the afternoon, the local party held their Annual General Meeting at Talgai Hall followed by a home made supper where they were joined by friends from other parts of Wales.

The Chairman, Mike Clemence, welcomed the Mayor of Bangor, Mrs Jean Forsyth, Eleanor, Sarah Green (Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Arfon ), friends and members old and new.

The following Officers were elected:

Chairman - Mike Clemence

Secretary - Judith Stammers

Treasurer - Cllr John Martin

Membership Secretary - Cllr Jean Forsyth
